This morning, Disney+ released a new TV commercial and poster in honor of Marvel Studios’ “Black Widow,” which will be accessible to all Disney+ members on Wednesday, October 6.
Natasha Romanoff’s background is revealed in this action-packed feature film, which follows her journey to become a fearless spy and assassin. Natasha reunites with individuals she once called family in order to destroy the organization that tore their lives apart, filled with remorse and a desire to redeem her wrongs.
Natasha/Black Widow is played by Scarlett Johansson again, while Yelena is played by Florence Pugh, Alexei/The Red Guardian is played by David Harbour, and Melina is played by Rachel Weisz. Cate Shortland directed the film, which was produced by Kevin Feige, and Eric Pearson wrote the script.

Black Widow debuted at events across the globe on June 29, 2024, and was released in cinemas and on Disney+ with Premier Access in the United States on July 9, 2024. Johansson sued Disney in July 2024 over the simultaneous distribution, but the case was resolved two months later.
